Keith Dorsey: Building Beyond Influence
The creator economy moves fast, but behind some of its biggest creators are people building the opportunities, spaces, and infrastructure that allow talent to turn influence into something bigger. Keith Dorsey is one of those people.
Based in Atlanta, Keith is an entrepreneur, talent manager, and founder of Young Guns Entertainment, one of the largest social media talent agencies in the United States. The agency manages creators with a combined audience of more than 300 million followers, with more than $30 million annually in revenue paid to creators. His work has also included campaigns with Amazon, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Coca Cola, Monster Energy, and the Atlanta Hawks.
In 2020, Keith founded Collab Crib, the first Black influencer house in the United States. The Atlanta based collective created a space for Black creators to collaborate, grow their platforms, and access opportunities together. Its impact gained national attention through the New York Times, FX, and Hulu documentary “Who Gets To Be an Influencer,” as well as a Facebook Watch series executive produced by Keith. Collab Crib later received recognition connected to Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2022.
But Keith’s vision did not stop with talent management or a creator house. He expanded his work with Collab Studios, a premier Atlanta content space designed for production and collaboration. In 2024, he launched Collab+, a streaming platform for shows, films, documentaries, and original programming made by and for creators.
Together, his ventures represent something much bigger than influence. Keith is helping create an ecosystem where creators have access to management, production, opportunities, platforms, and ultimately greater ownership of their work.
His work also reinforces Atlanta’s place as a hub for Black culture, creativity, entrepreneurship, and digital innovation. By building these opportunities in Atlanta, Keith is helping create space for the next generation of creators to build meaningful and sustainable careers.
At The Black Beauty Network, we believe culture is shaped not only by the people we see on our screens, but also by the people creating opportunities and building the rooms behind them. Keith Dorsey is helping turn influence into business, ownership, infrastructure, and legacy.
That is why Keith Dorsey is a Face of Culture.
